Wild Recruitment are pleased to be partnered with a very well known client in their search for a Distribution Coordinator to join their team.

In this role you will work in a close knit team so you will need to be a team player and work on your own initiative.

Duties to include:

Managing the Export process from start through to completion
Processing sales orders
Keep customers up to date on shipments through email and over the phone
Keep records up to date on the systems
Liaise with third parties including shipping lines and hauliers
Complete Customs declarations
Deal with general enquiries from customers and internal departments

Ideally you will:

Have experience working in a similar role within shipping, distribution, customs or exports
Be a confident communicator
Be able to work in a fast paced environment
Be able to manage a busy work load and tight deadlines
