Key responsibilities for a Group Account Director

* Manage all aspects of the client business, providing exceptional customer service at a senior level

* Establish and nurture strong relationships with multiple senior client stakeholders

* Find new and relevant way to add value to stakeholders and provide greater commercial opportunities

* Oversee all strategic planning activities associated with assigned accounts

* Responsible for setting and meeting account commercials, KPIs and the development of drive plans to ensure budgets/forecasts are delivered

* Work with key external partners to maximise opportunities, drive performance, deliver against KPIs

* Act as a positive role model throughout the entire company
