About the Role:

As the Interim Supported Living Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a supported living service. Your role will include:

Leading and supporting a team of care staff to deliver high-quality, person-centered care.
Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legislative requirements.
Developing and implementing care plans tailored to individual needs.
Managing budgets and resources efficiently.
Building strong relationships with service users, their families, and external agencies.Key Requirements:

Qualifications: Minimum Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
Experience: Proven leadership experience in health and social care settings.
Skills: Strong managerial and organisational skills, with a commitment to delivering excellent care.
License: A full driving license and access to your own car are essential for this role.What We Offer:
