What you’ll do:

* Lead and develop a large production team, ensuring smooth operations and high performance

* Oversee health & safety, quality control, and compliance in a regulated industry

* Drive continuous improvement, optimizing processes and minimizing waste

* Collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality teams to maintain efficiency

* Ensure production meets Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and industry standards

What we’re looking for:

* Proven track record of managing a team, ideally around 30 direct reports

* Proven leadership experience in an FMCG or manufacturing setting

* Experienced working within a GMP environment.

* Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement principles

* Strong problemsolving, decision-making, and communication skills

* Ability to thrive in a highspeed, ever-evolving production environment

* Passion for coaching and developing highperforming teams
