We are currently working with a very established and reputable National organisation for the positions of Access Control Security Service Engineer in the London area, 2 or 3 people needed as an access control security service engineer.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced service engineer to join their team (3+ years of experience). The person will mainly be required to work in and around the M25 with some further locations when needed.

The ideal candidate will be competent and have a strong background in, maintenance, and repair of Access Control and CCTV systems. They don’t install or maintain Intruder alarms or Fire alarms so now is your chance to be involved in more interesting work.

Responsibilities

Service and repair.
Routine inspections.
Troubleshooting faults.
Excellent customer service.
Maintain accurate records and compliance documentation.
Ensure all work complies with industry standards and regulations.
Participate in an on-call rota for emergency call-outs 1 week in 7.

Experience

Proven experience and work history as Security Engineer.
Strong understanding of electronic security systems, maintenance, and repair.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Good communications and excellent customer interactions.
Valid driving license for UK

Must have Experience working with :

• CCTV – Hikvision, Hanwha, Avigilon, EagleEye and Vista – a MUST

• Access Control – Paxton, ACT, Salto, Brivo and Gallagher – a MUST

• Door Entry – Fermax, BPT, Videx and 2N – THESE might be negotiable
