Jobsworth Recruitment Solutions is excited to be representing our client, a leading Furniture Manufacturer based in the West Midlands, who are looking to recruit a Sales Executive to join their existing team.

Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Aldridge, West Midlands

Hours: 09:00-17:00 Monday-Friday

Package - Salary Competitive Dependant on Experience with OTE's and performance bonuses available - Ability to earn an additional 12 holiday days, subject to monthly targets being met, Potential for early finish on Fridays,Summer and Christmas bonuses available, Employee discount and onsite parking.

Contract: Permanent

Our client is currently looking for an enthusiastic Sales Executive to join their team and contribute to generating sales for their company. You will be responsible for managing customer accounts and processing sales orders as well as building and maintaining good customer relationships.

You will be an excellent communicator with strong people skills and be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as in person.

Key Responsibilities:

* Answer questions about products or the company

* Ask questions to understand customer requirements

* Take and process orders in an accurate manner

* Contact warm leads to enquire about potential orders and maintain relationships

* Handle grievances politely and escalate to Sales Manager to investigate

* Go the “extra mile” to meet customer requirements and sales targets

* Record all customer communications (calls and emails) and note useful information in the CRM

* Attending trade shows to network, meet customers and gather new business leads

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a sales executive or other sales role

• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota

• Computer literate and able to learn/work with relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software and telephone systems)

• Experience in Sage software is advantageous

• Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to customers,

• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team

• Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
