ROLE: Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant – Special Educational Needs Support
LOCATION: Leeds / Wakefield

Are you a Psychology Graduate eager to gain hands-on experience working with young people? We are currently recruiting Teaching Assistants for several schools in Leeds and Wakefield, specifically in their Special Educational Needs (SEN) Departments.
In this role, you will support students aged 4 to 16 with a variety of needs, including Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, Speech and Communication difficulties, and Behavioral, Emotional, and Social challenges.
While some experience with special educational needs is beneficial, we welcome applicants from all backgrounds. The schools will provide comprehensive training and support to help you progress in your career, whether your goal is to become an Educational or Child Psychologist, Counsellor, or SEND Coordinator.

Contract Details:
Full time role (Monday – Friday).
Term time only – in line with the Leeds academic calendar.
Working hours 8:30am – 3:15pm

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
