We are seeking an innovative Search & Digital Media Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the strategic planning, execution, and optimisation of various clients' digital marketing initiatives across search, paid social and programmatic media. This role is pivotal in driving the growth of clients' online presence and ensuring the effectiveness of search, social and digital media campaigns in achieving business objectives.
The Role
Reporting to our Strategy & Innovation Director, you will lead our Paid Search & Social Innovation agenda and oversee the management of digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Twitter Ads, and programmatic networks, ensuring that all campaigns are aligned with strategic marketing goals. The successful candidate will analyse campaign performance, manage budgets, and adjust strategies based on data to maximise performance.
You will lead on:
Strategy
* Leading the strategic planning, execution, and optimisation of our client digital marketing initiatives across search, paid social and programmatic media.
* Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies: Craft comprehensive digital marketing strategies that encompass search, paid social, programmatic, and other digital media channels to meet client objectives.
* Launch Agency Trading Desk: Lead the launch and operation of our in-house agency trading desk, integrating programmatic buying capabilities to enhance media purchasing efficiency and effectiveness.
* Innovate with Search: Implement new and innovative SEM strategies and tools to stay ahead of industry trends and optimise campaign performance.
Planning and Delivery
* Manage Digital Campaigns: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimisation of all digital campaigns, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and maximum impact on target audiences.
* Programmatic Offering: Develop and manage clients' programmatic advertising strategy and execution, ensuring it integrates seamlessly with other digital marketing efforts.
* Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate resources across various digital marketing initiatives to achieve optimal results within budget.
Commercial and Reporting
* Budget Management: Administer the digital marketing budget, ensuring all expenditures deliver a strong return on investment and are within client financial plans.
* Performance Reporting: Regularly produce and review performance reports for digital campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for future action.
* Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure all digital marketing activities comply with industry legal and ethical standards, including data privacy laws.

You will need:
* Google Academy and Analytics Certification
* Meta Blueprint Certification
* Experience in managing Paid Search & Display campaigns.
* Experience in managing Paid Social Campaigns, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok
* Experience with Digital Analytics and Reporting Tools: GA4, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics tools to measure and optimise campaign performance.
* Experience in Media Planning and Buying: Demonstrated ability in strategic media purchasing, including direct and programmatic channels.
* Experience dealing with customers or clients and pitch your ideas
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook
* Ability to work as part of a team
* Ideally, you'll also have:
* Advanced Dashboards and reporting experience
* Basic JavaScript knowledge
