Business Development Manager Opportunity - London - up to £100k DOE + Bonus

The Bridge IT have partnered with a fast-growing consultancy looking for a high-energy, results driven AWS Sales Manager, to lead and expand thier AWS partnerships. If you have a strong network in Cloud / AWS and a track record of winning new business, this is the perfect opportunity to drive growth and make a real impact.

The Role

We are looking for a proactive, self-starting sales professional who can secure new business through AWS channels and personal connections. The ideal candidate will have experience working within Cloud sales ideally at an IT Consultancy.

Key Responsibilities

Drive new AWS business opportunities through AWS partner networks and personal connections.
Build and execute a go to market strategy for AWS services
Own the full sales cycle – from prospecting to closing large-scale cloud deals
Leverage AWS co-sell programs and partner relationships to generate revenue
Maintain strong relationships with AWS teams to drive referrals and joint opportunities
Work closely with technical teams to develop tailored AWS solutions for clients

What We’re Looking For

✔ Proven AWS Sales Experience - demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets and close significant cloud deals
✔ Hunter Mentality – a self-starter who can win new clients and build long-term relationships
✔ Strong AWS Network – must have a strong network of contacts and be able to open doors fast
✔ Consultative Sales Approach – ability to understand client pain points and position AWS solutions effectively

In return, our client can offer up to £100k DOE, 15% bonus OTE + further bonus if your target has been exceeded. This role offers hybrid work (1-2 days per week) from their office in North London. Please apply to hear more
