SEN Teaching Assistant

The Role:

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you’ll work closely with students on a 1:1 basis and in small group settings, providing tailored support to help them overcome challenges and reach their full potential. Your role will involve collaborating with teachers and SEN coordinators to implement effective learning strategies, fostering a positive and engaging classroom environment.

This position is ideal for those with experience working with SEN students, though we warmly welcome applications from graduates, particularly those with a background in psychology or related fields. While qualifications are beneficial, they are not mandatory—what truly matters is your passion for helping young people succeed.
