Job Title: Field Care Supervisor - South Leeds

Location: South Leeds (Commutable from Beeston, Morley, Holbeck, Hunslet, Middleton, and Rothwell)

Salary: £17,000 per annum (Actual Salary) / £13.08 per hour

Position: Part-Time (25 Hours per week, 5 Hours per day)

On-Call: Twice Per Month (Sunday - Monday) - Earn £170 - £290 per week

Additional Hours: Extra Care Hours available to supplement income

Schedule: Alternative Weekends

Requirements: Must be a car driver

About the Role:

* Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality checks and audits to maintain high care standards.

* Client Assessments: Carry out initial and ongoing assessments of clients to tailor care plans to individual needs.

* Scheduling and Coordination: Manage and coordinate care schedules to ensure efficient service delivery.

* Training and Development: Provide training and mentorship to new and existing staff members.

* On-Call Duties: Be available for on-call support twice per month, ensuring continuity of care during emergencies or staff absences.

* Communication: Act as a liaison between clients, families, care staff, and external stakeholders.
