Our client, based in Cambridge, is looking for a Receptionist to join their lovely team. This is a full time role and is office based. The receptionist role is a busy and varied role. Our client prioritises staff development and wellbeing; candidates can expect plenty of training opportunities to allow them to develop and progress within our client’s company.
Responsibilities will include:
* Front of house
* Call answering
* Post handling
* Customer service
* Meeting room management
* Event hosting
Candidates will need to have the following skills and experience:
* Excellent customer service skills
* Front of House skills
* Engaging and welcoming telephone manner
* Ability to multi-task in a busy environment
* Great communication skills - both written and spoken
* Good eye for detail and drive to complete tasks
* Previous reception experience would be advantageous but not essential
