The Company

The 24x7 group is a rapidly growing family run business, who have been providing Home to School Transport across the UK for children with Special Educational Needs and vulnerable adults since 2001. The company is responsible nationwide for the home to school transport of over 7000 passengers daily all with varying needs.

We are now looking for a Senior Contracts & Transport Co-ordinator to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role is within a local office/branch.

Senior Contracts & Transport Co-ordinator Responsibilities

- Plan and organise staff availability on our inhouse computerised system ensuring maximum utilisation.
- Ensure that all relevant training is and adhered to.

Senior Contracts & Transport Co-ordinator Requirements

- Experience preferred in Passenger Transport and Logistics but not essential.
- The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good organisational & planning skills.
- Be proficient in Excel / Word and collating accurate data.
- Previous experience using computerised systems preferred but training will be provided.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Be able to understand the logistics of planning the routes geographically within the County based on staff locations.
- Ability to implement instructions whilst understanding and learning the needs of the passengers to ensure smooth operation of transport.
- Good administrational skills with attention to detail when updating systems.
- Needs to be flexible due to nature of the business.

You will report to the Contracts Manager and Area Business Director.
