Salary: £22,000 (depending on experience)

Contract: Permanent

Development Details: 
This role will be based at a residential development based in Dagenham, East London. The development consists of circa 100 residential homes split over multiple buildings. Lymington Mews is located within walking distance of Chadwell Heath station (Elizabeth Line)

Key Responsibilities and Requirements: 

As a Cleaner at Rendall & Rittner, you will: 

you’ll be someone who cares passionately about creating a positive, clean, and safe environment for residents, guests, and your team.  
you’ll be a true expert in customer service, who uses this to engage, communicate and inspire others.  
you’ll have an understanding of Health and Safety processes at a residential development.  
You have a good eye for detail, carrying out regular inspections and cleaning, reporting any defect and health and safety concerns.
