Our valued client is currently seeking a New Supervisor to lead a manufacturing team, the role is based over 3 shifts, 6-2/2-10/10-6. We are seeking someone with a nurturing personality who is able to bring out the best in people without creating tension.

The Role

* Ensuring products are produced on time and to our exact customer standards and specifications

* Undertake equipment maintenance within the working area

* Operate to the requirements of TS16949, integrated ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001

* Ensure team members work and comply with all company policies & procedures, including, timekeeping & discipline

* Ensuring compliance standards are met and maintained at all times

* Following the company’s health and safety guidelines

* Ensure all targets & deadlines are achieved
