Plumbing and Heating Engineer

£36,000 to £45,000 or £200 per day on contract

Based in and around London

Job Responsibilities:

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing and heating systems in commercial settings, ensuring all work meets industry standards and regulations.

Perform routine inspections and maintenance on plumbing and heating systems to ensure they operate efficiently and safely.

Diagnose and repair faults in plumbing and heating systems, providing effective solutions to restore functionality.

Plan and manage assigned projects, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget.

Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including installation, maintenance, and repair activities.

Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.

Job Requirements:

Valid CSCS Card and Gas Qualification are required.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in the commercial plumbing and heating industry.

A valid driving license is required for travel to various sites.

Strong organisational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Willingness to work overtime and weekends as required to meet project deadlines.
