We are seeking an experienced Property Maintenance Technician to join our team, responsible for remedial and maintenance tasks at our head office, showrooms, and select residential properties in the London area.

What can you bring to Banham?
Your knowledge of working within a similar role or having good experience of property maintenance will enable you to:
Carry out general building maintenance, including painting & decorating, light plumbing work, door lock repairs, carpentry and "making good". Some electrical knowledge would be advantageous.
Coordinate repairs or replacements as and when required
Support in refurbishments and or office moves
Flexible to attend customer sites and other locations within the estate.
Monitor stock levels and order materials as and when required.
Ensure the appropriate equipment and tools are being used for relevant work / jobs.
Work at height.
What we are looking for?
Clear and concise communication, both written and verbal
Ability to maintain attention to detail with high level of accuracy and confidentiality
Ability to work independently and organise time efficiently
Able to prioritise workload
Good presentation and professional conduct
Full UK Driving licence (no more than 6 pts).
