Occupational Therapist - Permanent opportunity

This is a band 6/7 role with our private client, you will be expected to undertake assessments of people with a disability including providing advice, provision of equipment, adaptations to the home and/or referral to other agencies and possibly assessment for Blue Badge.

This role is working from home and undertaking visits in the Staffordshire area.

You will need:

3 years minimum post qualification experience.
experience of working in Adult Social Care.
experience/knowledge of the Disabled Facilities grant legislation/process and completed simple and complex assessments and plan approvals for Disabled Facilities grants.Should you be interested, please do contact Emily Archer on or call (phone number removed).
