We have a new opportunity for a Multi Skilled Operative to assist in the reactive repairs and maintenance of social housing and void operations across the London Borough of Ealing.

Responsibilities:

Undertaking a wide variety of responsive repairs and/or planned maintenance works within occupied and void properties.
Using an electronic hand held device (PDA) to receive instructions, and to feedback electronically details of works undertaken, or works to be undertaken.
Actively dealing with tenant issues and complaints in a positive and effective manner
Repairing or replacing windows and doors
Kitchen repairs, including worktop replacement, unit replacement, kick boards, and basic sheet flooring.
Bathroom installations or repairing/replacing any component within toilets, sinks, and baths.
Repairing or replacing wall tiles, patch plastering and decorating.Requirements:

Blue CSCS Card (Multi Trade Level 2 NVQ) OR City & Guilds in Building Maintenance Multi-trade Repair and Refurbishment Operations
Full UK Driving Licence (clean)Benefits:
