SEND Teachers with Early Years Experience

Are you an experienced teacher with a passion for early years education? Do you have experience teaching children with special educational needs, or are you eager to transition from a mainstream setting into SEND? If so, we want to hear from you!

We are seeking SEND Teachers with experience in Early Years to join our dedicated team at a leading SEND school in Lambeth. We welcome applications from both SEND specialists and mainstream teachers who have a passion for inclusive education and want to make a positive difference in the lives of children with additional needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver creative, engaging, and differentiated lessons for children with SEND, including Autism, communication difficulties, and developmental delays.
Use your expertise in early childhood development to foster a supportive, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment.
Work closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and families to support each child's individual learning journey.
Track and assess pupils' progress, adapting strategies to meet the diverse needs of learners.
Support personal, social, and emotional development, helping children build confidence and independence.Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience working in Early Years (either in SEND or mainstream settings).
A genuine passion for working with young children, including those with special educational needs.
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt to different learning styles.
