We’re recruiting for Bodyshop Operatives to join our well-established client in Dilhorne. They are a major supplier to some of the world’s leading brands of mining equipment and yellow goods.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the fabrication of industrial machinery/presses, paint preparation and body shop repairs, however training will be provided.

Main Duties:

Responsible for applying body filler and subsequently sanding this back to a cosmetic finish on shotblasted counterweights.

Use of power tools and air fed sanders.

Adhering to all health & safety regulations – PPE and relevant training provided.

Skills / Experience:

Experience in fabrication/industrial settings – essential

Experience in paint preparation or body shop repairs – beneficial

Strong eye for detail and accuracy

Team player with a can-do attitude, as well as the ability to work on own initiative

Hours:

Days or noons (one or the other, not rotating)

Duration:

Temporary and ongoing (may lead to permanent for the right candidate)
