As the Property Maintenance Coordinator, your role will involve the following important duties:

Carry out property inspections.
Undertake inventory on properties.
Resolve maintenance issues.
Handle the deposit return process.
Manage invoices received.

As a successful Property Maintenance Coordinator, you will have the following:

Minimum 2 years experience within a similar role.
Customer Service experience.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Strong IT skills.
Professional telephone manner.
Strong planning and organisational skills.
