FTE of £50,000 DOE working 40 hours per week plus benefits! Part-time hours also being considered!

Ideal Requirements for a Primary Care Pharmacist

* Extensive experience working in a primary care setting.

* Demonstrate the ability to manage workload and support pharmacy-related tasks with confidence.

* Have completed the CPPE General Practice Pharmacist Pathway

* Completed the Non-Medical Prescribing qualification.

Role Responsibilities for a Primary Care Pharmacist

* Providing expert services and support to patients registered with our Hub

* Offering clear and accessible advice on medicines, repeat prescriptions, and general pharmaceutical queries

* Identifying and addressing clinical risks in line with professional responsibilities
