This is a family-owned riverside Restaurant with a great reputation. They run a 100% fresh and seasonal menu at a AA Rosette level. They have a 130 cover restaurant that is open 7 Days a week.

What's involved?

Ideally looking for someone with experience in working in a high volume, fast paced kitchen. Must be comfortable cooking with high quality fresh ingredients and have a real passion for food and be able to step up and support the Sous Chef. They have accommodation available should you want live in.
