Description

As a Customer Service Advisor you will have your own caseload of customers to look after that are going through the remortgage process.

The role will be handing a high volume of queries from the client providing updates and chasing up documentation required for the file.

You will also be working closely with third parties such as banks and other financial organisations to ensure a smooth remortgage process and the highest level of service is provided.

Profile

Previous customer service experience this could be from a range of backgrounds such as retail and hospitality

Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner

Thrive in a fast paced customer focused environment

A keen eye for detail and excellent organisation skills

A great team player
