We are seeking an experienced and motivated finance professional with a proven ability to lead teams and deliver exceptional financial results.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial and management reports.

* Ensure compliance with accounting standards such as IFRS and UK GAAP.

* Manage and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

* Monitor financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to support business decision-making.

* Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

* Liaise with auditors and stakeholders to ensure smooth year-end audits and compliance activities.

* Drive process improvements and implement best practices across financial operations.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.

* Support strategic initiatives, including business growth and change management projects.

About You

We are looking for a fully qualified ACA or ACCA accountant with:

* Significant experience in financial management and team leadership.

* A strong understanding of accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

* A proactive and solutions-focused mindset.

* Proven success in delivering accurate financial reporting and managing budgets.
