Description

Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts
Manage and reconcile financial statements
Ensure accurate recording and analysis of financial data
Support budgeting and forecasting processes
Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure efficient financial operations
Monitoring the company's bank accounts and accurately recording cashbook transactions.
Reconciling card receipts and reconciling bank accounts in GBP and Euro.
Supporting effective delivery of virtual terminal payment processes.
Credit card and expense processes.
Processing customer refunds via bank and card.
Supporting the Management Accountant in preparing the monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
Supporting the Management Accountant with the preparation of reports to deliver compliance and reporting responsibilities (e.g. cash forecasts, P11Ds, etc.)Profile

A successful Assistant Management Accountant should have:

Relevant educational qualifications in finance or accounting
Knowledge of financial reporting and data analysis
Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
Good understanding of financial regulations and procedures

An attractive salary range from £27,000 to £29,000 per annum
