The ideal candidate will bring at least 3 years of PQE, although applications from candidates with other levels of experience are also welcome. Key Responsibilities:
As a Private Client Solicitor, you will handle a variety of Private Client matters with a particular focus on executries, ensuring a high level of expertise and client care. Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing estates of varying sizes and complexities.
* Preparing IHT and Confirmation forms.
* Handling Legal Rights claims and associated calculations.
* Drafting Wills and Powers of Attorney.
* Maintaining excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
* Achieving targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Delivering exceptional service while managing your own caseload.
