Sue Ross Legal are working with a local law firm who are looking to recruit a Criminal Solicitor into their Sheffield office.

You will be joining a friendly and welcoming team within a long-established firm with duties including;

* Handling all aspects of work from police station attendances, Magistrates Court advocacy and Crown Court litigation

* Handling a caseload of work within the Magistrates Court

* Attending clients at police stations

* Providing advice and advocacy within the Magistrates Court

* Acting as Litigator on Crown Court cases

* Applying for Legal Aid

* Servicing your Duty Solicitor Rotas

To be considered for this role it is essential you have the following:

* Qualified Criminal Solicitor with current practicing certificate – 2 years PQE+

* Duty Solicitor status
