With over 20 years of experience in their manufacturing industry, supplying to large firms globally, they are a market leading business going through an exciting period of growth. With a dedicated team of 20-30 employees our client are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Operations Manager to lead a dynamic team and uphold commitment to excellence.

Position: Operations Manager

Location: Northampton

Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm

Contract Type: Full-Time Permanent

Pay: £35,000 - £40,000 (DOE)

Responsibilities and Duties:

As an Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the full site operations.

Scheduling and Production Planning
Efficiently allocate resources
Optimise operational efficiency
Customer Communication
Provide order updates
Maintain strong customer relationships
Complete and monitor work documentation
Ensure quality and compliance
Equipment Maintenance, coordinating maintenance and calibration of equipment
Ensure reliability and consistency in production processes
Team Management: Manage staff appraisals, training, and development
Stock ManagementQualifications and Skills:

Multiple years of experience in an operations manager role
Demonstrating strong leadership and team management skills
Evidence of relevant education and training
Proficcient in using Microsoft 365 business
Proficiency in effective communication, both with your team and customers
Full UK driving licenseBenefits:
