My client has just won an iconic portfolio of buildings based in SW London. They are currently recruit for day maintenance engineers. You will be either electrical or mechanically qualified with city and guilds, NVQ or equivalent as well as have a proven track record in commercial maintenance.

Sector: Commercial Maintenance

Duties will include all ppm and reactive maintenance on site, depending on your trade qualifications and experience, but they cover all aspects of M&E throughout the portfolio.

Shift pattern: Continental days & nights

Salary is up to 52k plus overtime, company benefits and much more.
