Cover Supervisor - Full Time Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Cover Supervisor to support a dynamic and growing secondary school in Stalham. This role is essential in maintaining a smooth and uninterrupted learning environment during teacher absences.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise entire classes in the absence of teachers, delivering instructions and maintaining focus on the lesson as outlined by the teacher.
Ensure students remain on task and manage classroom behavior to uphold the school's high standards of discipline and order.
Provide additional support to teachers by assisting other groups or classes when not covering absences.Organisational Structure:

Reporting directly to a designated member of the Leadership Team and working under the guidance of class teachers when supervising lessons.
