Job Duties:

Erecting and dismantling scaffolding structures
Inspecting and maintaining scaffold equipment
Working at heights to ensure safe access for construction workers
Following health and safety regulations
Collaborating with construction teams to meet project requirements

Required Qualifications:

Valid CISRS Scaffolder card
Proven experience as a Scaffolder
Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
Strong understanding of health and safety regulations

Education:

GCSEs or equivalent

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years in a similar role

Knowledge and Skills:

Excellent practical skills
Good communication abilities
Problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

Advanced CISRS Scaffolder card
Additional health and safety certifications

Working Conditions:

Work is primarily outdoors at construction sites, involving physical labour and working at heights. Must adhere to health and safety regulations at all times
