Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Company:
Market leading maintenance company that is still looking to aggressively grow. Working in a new office that manages multiple reactive maintenance and voids contracts.

Role:
Pricing works, liaising with the client, preparing applications, approving subcontractor payments and working closely alongside the operational team.

Education:

Minimum A-C level of education
Financial qualifications would be an advantage
NVQ Business Admin would be an advantage
Relevant HNC / Vocational qualifications
Experience:
Relevant experience in commercial administration to include, but not limited too, data input, using paper base and electronic filling systems, data correlation, financial input, job/finance correlation & attending meetings.

Excellent working knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook
NHF SOR codes
Previous experience in building maintenance
Adaptable and take on challenges
Communication skills
Show an understanding of the need to provide the profitable deployment of resources to ensure customer satisfaction
Fully engage and take responsibility to deliver maximum performance
Promote good working relationships with colleagues, clients, customers & other stakeholders
