Job Opportunity: Maintenance Technician

Location: Multiple London sites + occasionally Maidenhead

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our Operations Team, supporting residential properties in Greenwich and Bethnal Green. This role involves performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure our buildings are kept in excellent condition.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical repairs, and general building upkeep.

Respond to both urgent and non-urgent maintenance issues

Liaise with resident services manager and property manager to ensure everything is in working order

On call emergency requirements if needed/necessary

Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve issues promptly.

Respond quickly to maintenance requests from residents and management.

Supervise and coordinate with contractors, ensuring all work meets high standards.

Keep work areas and storage spaces clean and organised.

Water, fire alarm and other H&S checks

Additional Details:

No driver's license or personal vehicle required.

All necessary tools will be provided on-site.

Parking is available at each location.

Expenses for Maidenhead site visits covered

Experience:

Prior maintenance experience mandatory

Joinery, carpentry, painting and decorating skills desirable

Have fantastic customer facing skills

Be a friendly, professional and courteous individual

Passionate about personal appearance, presentation and conduct

Comply with policies and procedures
