Teaching Tomorrow, reliable and experienced education specialists, are seeking a dedicated SEND Teachers in Dunstable or locally in Bedfordshire looking for a new role to progress their career.

We are working with a new independent special needs school in Dunstable who are looking for an experienced teacher to join their team. This role is to start as soon as possible on a long term basis with the potential of a permanent position for the right candidate.

This school educates young people who have been diagnosed with ASD, ADHD, FASD, anxiety and communication and interaction, cognition and learning needs. This school thrive to provide a learning environment where young people can feel supported and safe.

Key Responsibilites:

* Motivate pupils through enthusiastic, imaginative presentation

* Work with colleagues, parents and other professionals to ensure a high standard of education

* Monitor and assess pupils’ progress, providing regular feedback to pupils and parents

* Create and maintain a safe and stimulating learning environment for all pupils

Requirements:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

* Strong and successful SEN teaching experience

* Comfortable covering lessons across national UK curriculum

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of individual students

* Enthusiasm for promoting health and wellbeing among young people.
