CERT Solutions are seeking a Level 3 qualified TA to join a dedicated team at a specialist school in Castle Bromwich, supporting students with a primary diagnosis of autism and associated SEMH needs.

The Role:

* Full-time position – Immediate start

* Supporting students from Years 3 to 8 in small class sizes (up to 8 pupils)

* Working closely with teachers and SEN professionals to create a supportive learning environment

* Helping students develop academically, socially, and emotionally

Requirements:

* Level 3 qualification in a relevant field (Education, Childcare, SEN Support, etc.)

* Experience working with children with autism and/or SEMH needs

* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (preferred) or willingness to obtain one

* A patient, compassionate, and proactive approach to supporting SEN students
