As the Autonomous Systems Team Lead, you will lead a team of talented engineers committed to creating and refining advanced algorithms for Autonomous Systems, Intelligent Systems, and Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. Your role will play a crucial part in shaping the landscape of defence technology.
Act as the primary technical liaison for the algorithm team in Guidance, Control, and Navigation (GCN), nurturing relationships with internal stakeholders and partner companies. Forge new partnerships with external organisations, broadening our collaborative network. Play a central role in ground-breaking innovations, contributing to all phases of the lifecycle of our intricate weapon systems.

What We're Looking For:

Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in team management.
Excellent communication abilities.
Demonstrated experience in algorithm development.
A genuine interest in innovative technologies and their practical applications.
A degree or equivalent experience in a field with substantial mathematical content (such as Aerospace Engineering, Control Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics).

For Security Clearance reasons to work this role you must have British citizenship or be a dual national with British citizenship
