Estimator Administrator - Facilities Management

Description

We are working with a Facilities Management business in Liverpool who are currently looking for a Estimator Admin to support their service desk teams on a full-time permanent basis. The role is based on site.

The role involves estimating low value M&E or building fabric remedial works. Key skills involve communication, Excel, organisational skills, arranging remedial works, supply chain management, using CAFM system.

Requirements

Ideally you will have experience of working within similar role within FM, Building Services/Maintenance or Construction.
Experience of working in a phone based/administrative role.Package
