Commercial Claims Handler - Burnley (Hybrid) - Up to £32,000

Are you an experienced Claims Technician looking for your next challenge? On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Commercial Claims Handler based in Burnley, offering a competitive salary of up to £32,000, with the flexibility of working one day a week from home.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and service clients' claims, ensuring prompt handling and providing the best possible advice.
Liaise with insurers, loss adjusters, directors, corporate brokers, and account executives to secure the best settlement outcomes for clients.
Attend client meetings and meet with loss adjusters as required to discuss claims.
Log new claims, report to insurers, and keep clients updated on progress.
Produce accurate claims MI and chase insurers for updates.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with FCA regulations and company procedures.

What Our Client Is Looking For:

Cert CII qualified or working towards it.
Strong technical knowledge of policy content and FCA compliance.
Excellent organisational and numeracy skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks under strict deadlines.
High level of integrity, adaptability, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
A reliable team player with excellent customer service skills.
