Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate and manage large engineering projects from inception
*
Participate in various stages of the project lifecycle, from early rights development through to construction and commissioning.
*
Responsible for delivering projects on budget and on time
*
Identify and address issues across technical, commercial, and programme areas, also being instrumental in the developing resolutions
*
Assisting in designing and implementing strong feedback loops into project design, safety processes, and monitoring and controls systems.
*
Manage supplier and customer contracting processes, including contract reviews and coordination with legal advisors.
*
Sharing knowledge with the wider team to ensure best practice
*
Ensure compliance with UK regulatory and HSE requirements.

Attend out of office meetings and site visits
Requirements:
*
Degree qualified, ideally in a STEM subject
*
Commercial experience, preferably within the engineering or power industries
*
Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail,
*
A strong sense of personal responsibility and take pride in a job well done
*
Self-motivated with a positive work ethic, exceptional organisational and time management abilities.
*
Must be able to commute to Cheltenham, as this role is fully office-based.
