Excellent opportunity for an operations manager with a construction background to join a forward thinking construction business operating in the refurbishment and interiors sector.

There is huge potential with this opportunity for Directorship and Share options for the successful individual. Currently £3m turnover and looking to double this over the next 2 years.

This ambitious and reputable company specialise in refurbishment of projects within the commercial, healthcare, education and industrial sectors upto £500k.

Having seen consistent growth and turnover in the last few years, they are now looking to bring on board an ambitious Operational Lead to support and drive business strategy and success.

You will be a notable figure on site for all parties involved with the project. Additionally you will contribute to the overall business strategy, offering innovative ideas and plans to drive divisional and company growth in which you will have autonomy and full creative input. You will report directly to the Directors and serve as a line manager to the Project Manager.

Therefore this role would suit a highly motivated construction professional from a construction background with strong cost management, operational and strategic acumen. Strong communication and people management skills will be required for this position as well as a full UK licence.
