Our client are seeking a proactive and organized HR/Admin Assistant to support their Human Resources and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented, have strong communication skills, and demonstrate the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. You will assist in day-to-day HR and office management activities, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
* Support new employee onboarding and orientation programs.
* Maintain and update employee records in HR databases.
* Help organise training and development programs.
* Prepare and maintain HR reports and documentation.
* Ensure compliance with company policies.
Key Requirements
* Proven experience as an HR Assistant, Admin Assistant, or in a similar role.
* Familiarity with HR software, office tools, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
* High attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
The Successful Candidate
* Previous experience in HR/Administration.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficient in MS Office Suite and HR software.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data.
* Degree preferable but not essential.
Qualifications
* A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
