Siamo Recruitment are looking for an experienced welder on behalf of an established successful company in the steel industry based in Warwick CV47.

Job Title - Full-Time Welder/Fabricator

Job Details
Your responsibilities include:

Reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
Completing assigned mild steel welding works to programme.
Working to standard operating procedures.
Upholding health and safety policies and maintaining a safe working environment.
Working as part of a team and under your own initiative when required
Communicating effectively with team members to ensure that processes are executed accurately and in a timely manner.
Ensuring that your work area is well maintained, clean and organised.
Using overhead crane for workpiece handling.Key Knowledge, skills, and experience:

Minimum 4 years’ experience in MIG welding of mild steel.
A background in a production environment.
Methodical and organised with good communication skills.
Quality conscious with attention to detail.
Experience with general power tool usage.
Experience with general workshop machinery.
Ability to work well as part of a team and under your own initiative when required.
A desire for self-improvement and enthusiasm.
Good time management skills.The package includes:

Mon-Fri 7.30am- 4.30pm. Morning break 30 minutes (paid). Lunch break 30 minutes
Competitive hourly pay rates based on experience
