Essential:

✔ Agricultural industry/training experience
✔ GCSE Grade C+ in Maths & English

✔ Passion for teaching & mentoring
✔ IT proficiency (MS Office)

Desirable:

✔ Level 5 Qualification in Agriculture or related field
✔ Teaching/training experience
