£22,900 basic salary + bonus
Customer Service Administrator - The Role:
Handling customer enquiries over telephone and email.
Assisting customers from start to finish.
Liaising with internal departments and third parties.
Recording and updating details on the system.

Professional and friendly telephone manner.
Previous Customer Service experience
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Punctual, conscientious, and reliable.
Able to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment This role is commutable from Castle Donington, Long Eaton, Shepshed, Kegworth, Ashby De La Zouch and Derby
