Rubicon Consulting is currently recruiting for a H&S Advisor on a permanent basis, located in England and Wales (across the M4 corridor)

Role Summary

* The role of H&S Advisor supports Client Projects and Depots to verify all necessary

* controls are in place and provide support to the operational teams.

* The role will involve carrying out SHE Inspections across varying Delivery Projects within but not limited to your geographic region.

* The role feeds up into the wider client Delivery team, which forms part of the Operational SHE, Compliance & Emissions Team.

Key Responsibilities

* Carry out SHE Inspections

* Undertake ISO45001 Inspections to support ongoing certification, primarily at aligned Depots.

* Being a self-starter with autonomy for your working week, delivering against measured indicators, whilst adapting to suit the demands and time-pressures associated with the business.

* Identify gaps and non-compliances with internal and external requirements.

* Provide advice and guidance to operational colleagues.

* Challenge, as part of a team, existing ways of working and develop solutions to deliver increased performance in your area of expertise.

* Support the SHE Plans for the Client

Essential skills, experience

* NEBOSH Certificate

* Experience in construction or Utilities Projects

* Knowledge of current legislation, and an ability to interpret and apply applicable to the

* situation, audience, and outputs
