We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled applicant to join our client as a Junior Construction on a long-term contract basis. Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and co-ordinating construction works, ensuring projects run efficiently.

Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to schedules and budgets.

Ensure all works meet quality standards and project specifications.

Promote and enforce strict adherence to Health & Safety protocols on-site.

Manage and maintain essential paperwork such as Work Package Plans and Task Briefs.

About the Role:

The role will involve working alongside a Senior Construction Manager on a range of civil engineering projects. The work will be varied, including tasks related to drainage, ticket halls, runways, car parks, and more. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual looking to advance their career within the construction industry, offering significant room for progression.

Requirements:

Proven track record in delivering civil projects.

Previous experience as a foreman or site manager with an interest in advancing to construction management.

Must hold a valid CSCS card.

Must hold SMSTS certification.

Strong understanding of construction processes and quality control.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.
