Job Title: Electrical Estimator

Salary: £75,000 - £90,000 (including additional company benefits)

Location: Central London

A leading Tier One Engineering led Building Services Contractor, renowned for its cutting-edge projects across the UK, is actively seeking a Electrical Estimator to join their rapidly expanding team. With a turnover of circa £300 million with ambitious plans to reach £1 billion within the next decade, this company collaborates with blue-chip contractors and developers in the high-profile residential, commercial high-rises, and advanced life sciences/hospital project sectors.

With offices in Central London, my client has experienced tremendous business growth and a robust pipeline of future projects. Therefore, they are looking to take this growth to the next level by expanding their Estimating team. With a hybrid working available, this is an exciting opportunity for a career-driven Electrical Estimator to contribute to the company's continued success and growth trajectory.

Responsibilities/Skills & Experience

Minimum of 4 years' experience in an Electrical Estimating role.
Proficiency in researching materials, equipment, and labour costs.
Experience with Trimble or Contract Master is ideal; however, experience with other estimating software is also acceptable.
Strong Excel skills are beneficial.
Ability to liaise with clients to gather project requirements.
Skilled in gathering quotes from subcontractors and suppliers.
Capable of assessing project risks and preparing detailed quotations.
Proven track record of maintaining excellent relationships with clients and site teams.
Competent in analysing company data, exchange rates, and prices using various software packages.
Ensuring compliance with health & safety standards.
Attending design, progress, and commercial meetings regularly.
Monitoring project stages to ensure costs align with forecasts.Remuneration Package
