Construction Site Manager to oversee a critical project at xxxx. We’re looking for someone with strong project management skills, a solid background in construction site operations, and the ability to lead effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Topping Mill, Topping Street, Bury, BL9 6DR
Project: A former mill, currently being redeveloped into 15 residential apartments.
Start Date: ASAP
Key Requirements:

* Proven experience in construction site management

* Strong leadership and communication skills

* Proven ability to coordinate all trades through to completion

* Project Management Skills

* SMSTS Certifications

* CSCS Card

* First Aid Certification

* CITB Certifications

* NEBOSH or IOSH Certifications would be a bonus
